Lessons in loyalty, presence, and owning every room you walk into.
Yo ā itās Lexi.
Yeah, the Lexi. 130 pounds of fawn-colored Cane Corso, black-masked, cropped and stacked, runninā this studio like itās my yard.
Let me drop some leadership truth on you, straight from the big-dog playbook:
If you roll with me, you ride or die. You donāt flip sides when itās messy. You stay, you defend, you show up when the hard work hits ā not just when the treats come out. Thatās how I roll with my humans, and thatās how they roll with me.
When I walk in, heads turn.
Not ācause I bark ā but ācause I exist loud. I take up space. I sit heavy in the room. I donāt shrink for nobody, and you shouldnāt either. Leaders donāt wait for permission to matter. They show up and own it.
Look, thereās always somebody sniffinā around, trying to test you.
Nah.
You set the tone, you set the vibe, you protect whatās yours. Be fair, be kind, but donāt get it twisted ā they need to know who signs the damn cheques. (Spoiler: itās me. Paw stamp and all.)
Bottom line?
If you wanna lead like Lexi, you better bring loyalty, presence, and the guts to run the damn yard.
Stay sharp. Stay fierce.
Iāll be watchinā. š¾šš„
